BOUNCEVOLT LEGAL

Terms of Service

The rules that keep BounceVolt useful, secure, and fair for every customer.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BounceVolt, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use and Privacy policies. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

2. Service

BounceVolt provides email-list analysis, verification workflow tools, exports, and related digital services. Verification is probabilistic: mail systems can change, reject probes, use catch-all rules, or become unavailable. No result is a guarantee of delivery.

3. Credits and billing

Published plans, included credits, expiry rules, renewal dates, taxes, and refund eligibility will be shown before purchase. Credits are deducted only for processed addresses under the active pricing policy. Chargebacks made without first contacting support may suspend the account while investigated.

4. Customer data

You confirm that you have a lawful basis to upload and process every address submitted. You retain ownership of your lists. You grant BounceVolt only the limited rights required to process, secure, and return results.

5. Prohibited activity

You may not use the service for spam, phishing, credential theft, malware, unauthorized account access, harassment, illegal data harvesting, or to facilitate abuse. SMTP, hosting, RDP, and future infrastructure services must follow their additional product rules.

6. Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict an account to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or comply with law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

8. Contact

Questions and legal notices may be sent through the contact page. Replace the placeholder business identity and jurisdiction before public launch.
