Information we process

We process account identity, security events, plan and payment references, support messages, verification job metadata, and the email lists you intentionally submit. We do not sell customer lists.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide verification results, prevent fraud and abuse, calculate credits, improve reliability, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.

List retention

Production retention periods must be configured before launch. The recommended default is automatic deletion of uploaded list contents and detailed results after 30 days, with earlier manual deletion available from the dashboard.

Service providers

Authorized infrastructure, payment, authentication, analytics, and verification providers may process limited data under contractual safeguards. Add the final provider list and international transfer terms before accepting public customers.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, audit logging, secret separation, rate limits, and data-minimization practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Requests are verified to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

Contact

Use the contact page for privacy requests. Add the registered company name, address, privacy email, and data-protection jurisdiction before launch.
